About Bob Conlon
Bob “Bubs” Conlon uses baseball as the lens for a personal story about family, loyalty, resilience and the bond between a father and son. Yes, There Is Crying in Baseball centers on a 2010 Illinois state-championship run while looking beyond the scoreboard at job loss, difficult choices, redemption and the lessons a family carried from an unforgettable season.
